David Beckham Back to England National Squad

Beckham has playing good during his loan with Milan and now is the chance to equal Bobby Moore record of 108 appearances in England.

Wayne Rooney has been excluded and Emile Heskey, while the name on the payroll, released on Saturday.

Rooney is expected to miss with Capello not to risk striker decide who has been out since damaging his hamstring against Wigan in January.

Beckham played for AC Milan in their 1-1 draw at home to Reggina in the Serie A in Italy on Saturday, a result that leaves his team eight points behind arch-rivals from the top of the league.

His attempts to equal Moore outfield manhole covers have been thwarted - that was left out of the squad that beat Germany in Berlin in November - but Capello had hinted at the age of 33 years, is likely to earn a recall.

"He is a star and the media for this reason all the fans referred to him in this way before arriving, like a star, not a player," Capello said earlier in the week.

"But now he has played three games and each game has been better."

The inclusion of Cole and Milner comes on the back of excellent performances at club level.

Although it has won 19 caps at under-21 level, Cole has only recently been conceived as an international high level.

After not having a regular place at Chelsea, Cole has flourished since joining West Ham in 2006, Gianfranco Zola in particular following the installation as administrator.

The 25-year-old has scored six times in eight games unbeaten Hammers current term, taking his tally this season to 10.

And, with Rooney on the left, Cole is expected to play some part against the Euro 2008 winners.

Milner is one of six players in the Village a 23-man squad in which Rio Ferdinand returns.

Ferdinand has not been associated captain John Terry in central defense as the famous victory over Croatia in September.

Ashley Cole is also back for the first time since the World Cup qualifying win over Kazakhstan in October, while Joe Hart keeps his place among a group of three people from goalkeepers, despite losing his place in the city Manchester to Shay Given.

Spain coach Vicente del Bosque has called up Barcelona defender Gerard Pique on his squad to face England.

The team also believes that the return of Valencia midfielder David Silva, the Arsenal Cesc Fabregas is out due to injury over the long term.

Liverpool striker Fernando Torres is also included, despite the concern about his physical condition after his withdrawal from the FA Cup defeat to Everton on Wednesday.

Reds manager Rafael Benitez has expressed concern about involvement Torres on Wednesday, and is resigned to his star striker to participate.

However, Benítez hopes that the Spanish administration will be considered when dealing with Torres in Seville.

"It makes no sense to worry about him playing in Spain next week because we know that will be selected, what to say," said Benitez.

"The Spanish manager (Vicente del Bosque) has tried to contact me, but lost each other. But let's talk.

"We've been talking with the Spanish team's fitness coach, so knowing the situation.

"They know that our players are involved in a lot of games now and to address it."

Torres Reds fellow team Pepe Reina, Álvaro Arbeloa, Xabi Alonso, Albert Riera is included in the 22-man party.
